幸强国，博士、教授，经济学博士生导师。研究领域：城市经济、劳动经济。研究方向：西部城市经济；区域与城市经济人口承载力问题。1984年在北京师范大学获得学士学位； 1997年在浙江大学获得博士学位；2001年美国加州州立大学洛杉矶分校作高级访问学者。
